Smiles Children Foundation Uganda is a non profit organization based in Rukinda cell ihanga parish, bubaare sub-county Rubanda southwestern Uganda, Africa, it was founded back in late 2018 by a visionary, leader and merciful Michael Turyahikayo who himself happens to be an orphan, smiles children foundation later on applied for registration from Rubanda District headquarters where we were legalized by receiving a certificate of registration from Rubanda District senior community development officer, in the capacity of a community based organization!
